Our approach
Medwear Academy’s standard is fair treatment and accessible communication. Discrimination, harassment, bullying and victimisation are unacceptable. Access needs should be considered individually and reasonable adjustments discussed for the relevant service.
Website features
The site includes a skip-to-content link, labelled navigation, visible keyboard focus, responsive page layouts and labelled enquiry fields. Navigation remains available if its enhancement script is unavailable. These features do not amount to a claim that every part of the website meets every accessibility criterion.
Ask for an adjustment
Use the contact form and explain the communication format or practical adjustment you need. You do not need to send a diagnosis or medical records through the general form. If the form is difficult to use, an alternative contact route should be arranged.
Report a barrier
Tell us the page, device or browser involved and what you were trying to do. Reports should be reviewed and a response provided about the next step. Our complaints policy explains how to request a further review.
