Delivery, cancellations and returns

Your options before ordering and when something goes wrong.

Current ordering arrangements

This website currently accepts enquiries, not online orders or payments. Product-specific prices, delivery, cancellation and return details must be supplied before a sale is agreed. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed address.

Physical goods and delivery

Before ordering, we must confirm the item specification, total price, dispatch location, delivery charges and estimated delivery time. We do not promise UK stock or a fixed delivery speed without supplier evidence. Unless another delivery period is agreed, consumer goods must normally be delivered within 30 days. Contact us about a missing, damaged or incorrect delivery.

Changing your mind

For most physical goods bought at a distance by consumers, tell us within 14 days after receiving the goods if you wish to cancel, then return them within a further 14 days. We refund the standard outbound delivery charge; an optional premium delivery upgrade need not be refunded. Return costs are yours only where that was explained before purchase. Refunds can normally be withheld until the goods or evidence of return are received, whichever is earlier, and must then be made within the applicable 14-day deadline. A deduction may be permitted for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind cancellation right can exclude goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, and genuinely sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Ordinary workwear is not automatically excluded. Any applicable exception must be explained before purchase. These exceptions do not remove rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet the contract.

Faulty goods and services

Consumer goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Statutory remedies can include the short-term right to reject, repair or replacement, and a price reduction or final rejection where applicable. Services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. Contact us promptly so the appropriate remedy can be assessed; no blanket “no refunds” rule applies.

Digital resources

Digital content has different cancellation and remedy rules. Read our digital delivery, licence and cancellation terms.

Requesting help or cancelling

Email info@medwearacademy.com or call 0330 223 8414. Please do not send payment card details, patient information or sensitive documents by general email.

Give your name, order reference, date and the item concerned. To cancel, a clear statement is sufficient. You can use the model cancellation wording in our digital terms, replacing the resource details with the goods or service and the date received. We will confirm the appropriate return arrangements. Business purchases may have separately agreed terms; consumer rights are not restricted by this page.
