Availability and orders
Online checkout and automatic downloads are not yet available on this website. Enquire about a resource before paying. These terms explain the conditions that must be provided with any digital-content offer; they do not create an order or promise immediate delivery.
Before you buy
The offer must identify Medwear Academy Limited as the seller and state the resource title, contents, file format, size, language, compatibility, accessibility information, licence, total price including applicable taxes, payment method, delivery timing, access period and any technical protection. Any support or updates included must be stated. A geographical business address and cancellation information must be supplied before a consumer is bound.
Delivery and access
Digital products do not require physical shipping. Delivery method and timing will be stated before purchase. Instant access must not be promised unless payment processing and download delivery have been configured and tested. Contact us if a paid-for file is missing, corrupted or inaccessible; include the order reference and a description of the issue.
Cancellation and immediate downloads
For a consumer distance contract for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the usual cancellation period is 14 days from the day after the contract is made. Supply during that period requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose the cancellation right once supply begins. That consent and acknowledgement must also be confirmed in a form you can keep. Merely accepting general terms is not a substitute. Without the required consent and confirmation, your cancellation rights are not removed.
Problems with a download
Paid digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a purpose made known and agreed, and as described. Depending on the circumstances, your rights include repair or replacement and, where those remedies are unavailable or not provided within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, an appropriate price reduction, which may be a full refund. If we had no right to supply the content, a refund may be due. Downloading does not remove these rights. Any refund due is made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally using the original payment method without a refund fee.
Licence and intellectual property
The permitted audience and use must be stated with each resource. A purchase does not transfer copyright. Unless the product licence expressly permits it, do not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense or share files for use by other people. Team, teaching or commercial reuse needs an appropriate written licence. Nothing here overrides a statutory exception to copyright.
Learning resources
Resources support learning and preparation; they are not clinical instructions or individual professional advice. No job offer, examination result, professional accreditation or particular outcome is guaranteed. Any certification or recognised accreditation must be identified and evidenced for the specific offer.
Contact, cancellation and complaints
Email info@medwearacademy.com or call 0330 223 8414. Please do not send payment card details, patient information or sensitive documents by general email.
To cancel where a right applies, email a clear statement identifying the resource, order date and order reference. You may use: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for [resource], ordered on [date], order reference [reference]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only if sending the notice on paper. See our complaints policy. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.
